Digital service terms
Terms of Service for digital development purchases
These terms define how Orizon media delivers purchased web development services, how project requirements must be submitted, the revision and turnaround parameters that apply to each service, and the conditions for refunds once work has begun.
Service delivery
Scope, revisions, client obligations, and refunds
Development begins once the client completes and submits the mandatory project requirements document after checkout. Work is scheduled against that submission, so the requirements form must be complete before the defined turnaround period starts. Each service tier specifies its own revision cycle and turnaround parameters, which are shown on the service product page and in the order confirmation.
Refund eligibility depends on progress. Orders cancelled before project intake receive a full refund. Once intake has begun and engineering labor has been deployed, refunds cover only work not yet started, as set out in the Refund Policy. Clients retain responsibility for supplying content, credentials, and assets required to complete the scope.
